Credits
Credits become active once you are checked into your room. Starting on your first night's stay, the $20 credit will expire at midnight. There will not be a food and beverage credit available on your day of departure. Unused credits that expire cannot be redeemed for cash.

Luggage
If you are arriving via the ferry terminal, there will be a bellman holding a Hotel Atwater sign. They can safely transport your luggage and confirm when it will arrive at the hotel. On departure day, luggage is collected from the hotel at 10 AM and 12:30 PM and takes approximately 45 minutes to reach the boat terminal via third party Avalon Blue Line Baggage. Open bags with anything fragile, items hanging off the outside or specialty items (golf clubs and scuba dive gear) will not be transported to or from the hotel. Bags must be claimed at the terminal and board with guests.
